Our Range of Services

We are specialised in Laser Cutting, CNC Folding, CNC Machining and other services. Our manufacturing work is in full operation 24 hours a day from our 15,000 Sq Ft manufacturing facility in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire. In Laser Cutting we have two Trumpf machines offering in excess of 300 hours per week capacity and cutting up to 3000mm x 1500mm x 25mm. In CNC Folding we have two identical 6 axis press brakes , able to fold accurately up to 3100mm in length and have 120 tonne of pressure.

•    Laser cutting Mild Steel: up to 20mm thickness
•    Laser cutting Stainless Steel: up to 12mm thickness
•    Laser cutting Aluminium Steel: up to 10mm thickness

TruLaser 5030 – BrightLine Fiber
•    Laser cutting Mild Steel: up to 25mm thickness
•    Laser cutting Stainless steel: up to 25mm thickness
•    Laser cutting Aluminium Steel: up to 25mm thickness
•    Laser cutting Copper and Brass: up to 10mm thickness

Our cost-efficient and simple to operate TruBend 3120 has increased the capacity on producing folded components. Both of our CNC Folding machines offer flexibility and variable volume, this guarantees every bend is consistent and precise.

Using CNC Machining LPE has the ability to repeat a job exactly. Thanks to the precision possibility available with CNC Machining, LPE are able to produce complex shapes that would be virtually impossible to achieve with manual machining.

LPE offers other services including welding, powder coating and painting.
