With many years of experience in Laser Cutting, our services are offered nationwide. We run 2 Trumpf machines, one fiber and one Co2. Both machines are amongst the finest available. This lends itself to superb lead times and excellent finished parts.
One Trumpf TruLaser 5030 BrightLine Fiber 5kw. Laser Cut sheet dimensions up 3000x1500mm. Laser cutting thickness up to: 10 mm Copper, 10mm Brass, 25 mm Aluminium, 25 mm Stainless steel and 25 mm Mild steel.
One Trumpf TruLaser 3030 L20 4kw Co2 Laser Cutting dimensions up to 3000x1500mm. 20 mm Mild Steel, 12 mm Stainless Steel and 10 mm Aluminium.

At Lpe we use both the CO2 and Fiber laser sources giving us the best of both worlds in terms of speed and part quality.
What is done to ensure dimensions are accurate?
We use the best CAD software package that is taylormade to the machines. Regular checks through the cutting process with measuring equipment is undertaken.
